Some people also travel by ships to go on holiday or for business. The Queen Mary 2 is the biggest cruise ship. It crosses from Souththampton to Australia. You can visit a museum of maritime history in Liverpool. Outside the museum, there are ships in the parks. Inside you can find out about life on sailing ships. Young men had to climb the rigging to put up the sails. This was a dangerous job.
